Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering.
• New Jersey (PE) license.
• Construction Management experience on large wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of applicable codes/regulations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Multi-contract management, construction management, and project management responsibilities.
• Lead teams with strong leadership under pressure; thorough contract administration.
• Manage multiple complex schedules for wastewater treatment projects.
• Review progress, schedule, and contractor payments; ensure compliance with SOP.
• Negotiate Change Orders and review CPM schedules with Scheduler.
• Ensure submittals, testing, and field reports are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Maintain project files and client communications; support safety activities.
• Develop and enforce project procedures and work plans; support design issues.
