Qualifications

• Must hold a NY Professional Engineering license or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive rail transit project experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field engineering oversight on rail transit projects as Client's representative.
• Coordinate field activities, review submittals, and manage contractor performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project plans and specs.
• Lead on-site Field Engineers and Inspectors and manage staff scheduling.
• Assist with contract cost control, change orders, and project close-out.
