Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience with PM/RE on highway, infrastructure, or transit/rail projects.
• PE license in Oregon or Washington required.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with construction management marketing and pursuit activities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams to meet objectives.
• Proven team-building and communication skills.
• Comfort collaborating across multiple locations.
• Solid knowledge of relevant construction codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with agencies (WSDOT, ODOT, cities, counties, ports).
• Lead marketing and networking to win project pursuits and build partnerships.
• Support growth of WSP Construction Management services in SW Washington and Oregon.
• Develop staffing plans to meet task requirements while delivering quality work.
• Collaborate with other WSP leaders and project managers.
• Manage sub-consultants and field personnel; supervise inspections and reviews.
• Ensure work complies with codes and standards; perform quality control.
• Make informed decisions on significant construction engineering challenges.
• Maintain high-quality inspection standards across projects.
• Uphold WSP's Code of Conduct and ethical standards.
