WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Resident Engineer/Project Manager for our Vancouver, WA office.

You will lead major transportation and infrastructure programs, grow WSP Construction Management services in Southwest Washington and Oregon, and develop trusted agency relationships with public agencies. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to win work while delivering complex projects with a seller/doer approach.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain client relationships with WSDOT, ODOT, cities, counties, ports, and transit agencies.
• Pursue new opportunities and lead marketing and networking activities to win projects.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules to meet task requirements while ensuring quality.
• Coordinate with other WSP lines and manage sub-consultants and field teams.
