Job summary

Stanford University Dermatology seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 3 to oversee program management and administration of our clinical educational programs. The Education Program Manager will manage residency, clinical fellowship, medical student, and other programs across subspecialties, planning the educational mission and implementing essential procedures and policies.

This hybrid position requires on-site presence with telecommuting options based on needs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating educational programs with ACGME/ACGME-accredited residencies and fellowships.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies and build collaborative relationships with faculty, residents, fellows, and staff.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with attention to deadlines and details.
• Budgeting basics and resource planning for educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to develop long-term strategies and policies.
• Develop and implement educational initiatives for residents.
• Contribute to residency curriculum and evaluation metrics.
• Lead preparation for internal and external program reviews and evaluations.
• Oversee recruitment databases and recruitment strategies.
• Monitor annual program budget and secure resources.
• Supervise fellowship coordinators and staff.
• Hire, orient, and train residency/fellowship staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field

Master’s degree preferred
