Job summary

Stanford University School of Medicine’s Department of Dermatology seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 3 to oversee the administration of clinical educational programs, including residency, clinical fellowship, and medical student activities.

The role partners with leaders to plan and execute the educational mission, develop procedures, and ensure accountability in a fast-paced academic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating educational programs, especially ACGME-accredited residency/fellowship programs.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies and build collaborative relationships across faculty, residents, fellows, students, and staff.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to develop long-term strategies for program viability, growth and enhancement.
• Develop and implement educational initiatives for residents and fellows; facilitate evaluation processes.
• Contribute to residency curriculum development and milestones with measurable goals.
• Lead preparations for internal and external program reviews; manage rotation and curriculum evaluations.
• Oversee recruitment databases and data-driven enhancements; manage program budget and resources.
• Provide supervision to residency/fellowship staff and lead onboarding.
