Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to develop long-term strategies and policies.
• Develop and expand educational initiatives for residents and fellows.
• Participate in residency curriculum development and evaluations.
• Lead preparation for internal and external program reviews.
• Oversee recruitment data, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Supervise residency/fellowship staff and provide training.
