Stanford University is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage the Hematology and Oncology clinical fellowship program, post‑doctoral affairs, visiting scholars, conferences and CME programs. You will work closely with fellowship directors and leadership to ensure policies are followed and deadlines are met.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant program coordination experience.
• Ability to interpret policies, manage timelines and budgets, and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the joint clinical fellowship program and related activities.
• Coordinate post‑doctoral affairs, visiting scholars, conferences and CME programs.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with program directors, departments and external partners on recruitment and rotations.
• Oversee visa processes for foreign students and postdocs and supervise junior staff.
