• Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements (ACGME).
• Manage program evaluations, rotation schedules and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of residency/fellowship programs, ensuring compliance and follow-up.
• Act as key contact for interpreting and applying program policies and guidelines, including exceptions.
• Coordinate annual recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, schedule interviews and summarize feedback for decisions.
• Support residency/fellowship and faculty evaluations, presenting analyses to leadership.
• Develop and maintain resident rotation, vacation and leave schedules per accreditation requirements.
• Liaise with hospitals and internal departments to manage rotations, affiliations and agreements.
