Job summary

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) Marshall seeks a Senior Coordinator, Residence Life and Student Engagement to oversee residential life operations and student engagement initiatives for on‑campus students, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and leadership development opportunities.

Reporting to the Statewide Student Engagement Manager, you will supervise staff, advise student organizations, and lead programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in facilities management, event coordination, or related field; higher education preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience per TSTC policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential life operations and student engagement activities for on-campus students.
• Co-manage weekly housing operations to ensure safe, structured, and engaging living environment.
• Serve as Director of Housing in the absence of the campus director; assist crisis response in partnership with staff.
