Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Senior Reservations and Ticketing Agent in Los Angeles, CA. You will handle reservations, issue tickets, and support travel agents with seat confirmations and VIP bookings.

You will work using Amadeus to manage bookings, quote fares, and follow QR procedures for high-quality service. Excellent English, strong geography and numeric skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years of related experience or a bachelor's with 1+ year.
• Ticketing and Reservations certificate.
• ATA Amadeus certificate is an added advantage.
• Experience in an airline or customer-related position.
• Computer literacy and basic fare/ticketing knowledge.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Good geography knowledge and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and ticketing professionally, minimizing complaints.
• Support travel agents with seat confirmations and VIP bookings.
• Issue tickets and quote fares accurately.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower distribution.
• Prepare sales and weekly reports for the Line Manager.
• Respond to office communications (phone, email) timely.
• Follow QR procedures and regulations to ensure quality reservations service.
