Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Senior Reservations and Ticketing Agent in the Washington area to lead Reservations and Ticketing staff and liaise between staff and management. You will guide agents, relay information to customers, and assist with itinerary optimization, ticketing, and roster planning.

The role requires strong English communication, fare construction knowledge, and experience with Amadeus.

Qualifications

• Candidates may hold a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Experience in reservations, ticketing or travel operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and ticketing to meet customer needs with minimal complaints.
• Support travel agents with seat confirmations and VIP bookings.
• Follow QR procedures and provide accurate fare information.
• Issue tickets and quote correct fares to passengers.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Line Manager.
