Qualifications

• Advanced Industry & Market Research - conducts research independently, contributing meaningful insights to search strategies.
• Independent Candidate Sourcing - identifies a diversity of candidates that align with client profiles with initiative.
• Internal Client Management - builds strong relationships with internal clients and ensures satisfaction.
• Resource Development - assists in developing junior team members and sharing best practices.
• Search Logistics Execution & Compliance - manages logistics and ensures data accuracy across processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted search strategies with recruiters and client partners.
• Provide advanced market research and analysis on target companies, executives, and trends.
• Independently source and engage candidates across channels and refine pools with evolving client needs.
• Manage internal client relationships and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Coordinate search logistics and documentation, ensuring deadlines and compliance.
