Job summary

JM Search is a leading retained executive search firm for private equity and growth-focused organizations. This entry-level role supports foundational research, market analyses, candidate profiling, and documentation to advance searches while upholding compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with recruiters and client partners to translate research into actionable insights, source candidates through online resources, and help manage materials and logistics to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; competitive intelligence/knowledge management studies a plus.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Internet research and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Actively build knowledge of the industry and market landscape to support research.
Provide market and competitive analyses for current and prospective searches.
Define ideal candidate profiles and lead candidate pool development.
Prepare essential search materials and maintain compliant documentation.
Coordinate meetings and manage deadlines for client projects.
Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and seek senior guidance.
Update database with candidate status, resumes, and notes to ensure accuracy.
Contribute research for business pitches and market maps.
