Qualifications

• Graduate degree in I-O psychology or closely related field.
• 3+ years of applied industry ML experience; 5+ preferred.
• Experience with NLP on behavioral or labor market data.
• Experience blending I-O science with algorithmic fairness.
• Familiarity with occupational taxonomies like O*NET/ESCO.

Responsibilities

• Own the jobs engine architecture and expansion for AI job analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, and I-O psychologists to deploy AI systems.
• Ensure defensibility, fairness, and compliance of outputs.
• Translate scientific requirements into production ML.
• Own ambiguous, high-complexity problems and provide durable solutions.
