Wonderlic is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Research Scientist to own the AI-driven job analysis platform. You will lead the scientific direction, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure outputs are defensible and scalable in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee the Jobs Engine improvements, coordinate with product and I‑O psychology experts, and drive the integration of AI into hiring and development workflows across millions of roles.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ML engineering experience with shipped, production-grade systems.
• Experience applying NLP to behavioral or labor-market data.
• Track record of work that is technically sound and defensible professionally and legally.

• Set scientific and technical direction for Wonderlic's AI job analysis system.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, and I-O psychologists to translate requirements into AI systems.
