Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Analysis Platform Lead to shape evidence-based occupational insights from labor market data. You will own NLP models, embeddings, semantic search, clustering and transformers to deliver accurate outputs.

Collaborate with product, engineering and I-O psychology teams to define AI strategy, evaluate groundedness and fairness, and mitigate bias as part of responsible AI practices across the platform.
