Job summary

Ideal candidates will have experience preparing clinical research and clinical trial proposals. This position will serve as a resource expert, handling complex proposals across multiple PIs, subaward sites, and cross-school initiatives

Qualifications

• CRA certification required or equivalent.
• Experience preparing complex proposals for external funding.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Experience preparing clinical research and clinical trial proposals.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of sponsored project guidelines and the research regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty PIs in seeking external research funding.
• Manage preparation of complex proposals including grants, contracts, program projects, and cooperative agreements involving multiple PIs and cross-school initiatives.
• Serve as a resource expert to coordinate proposals and advocate for PIs within Stanford’s academic community.
