This senior role leads the Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Regional Center (ROTA-R), delivering training and technical assistance across Region 2, with a focus on rural opioid and stimulant use disorder initiatives. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in a relevant field and 3+ years in training/TA, with preference for a PhD and licensure in behavioral health.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years' experience providing training or TA to the behavioral health workforce.
• 3+ years' experience with best practices for treating substance use disorders.
• 1+ year of experience in a rural behavioral health context.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver training and technical assistance for the ROTA-R Center in Region 2.
• Serve as SME contributing to design and delivery of training events in rural communities.
• Design curricula responsive to TA requests for ROTA-R.
• Coordinate with consultants to complete TA activities on time.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to raise awareness of ROTA-R events.
• Conduct rural outreach to generate training and TA requests.
• Engage rural stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with Network Coordinating Office on network-wide activities.
• Coordinate with ROTA support staff to ensure timely deliverables and evaluation.
• Report to the PI with progress updates.
