You will work within the NCH-RI CTO to oversee clinical trial activities, training, and data management, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory standards. Housed in a centralized team, this role involves collaboration with investigators, study teams, and hospital departments to sustain high-quality research and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• RN licensure in Florida or multi-state compact.
• Experience in clinical research and healthcare settings preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA/NIH regulations and GCP.
• Pediatric oncology or neurology experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities to ensure studies follow protocol and SOPs.
• Plan logistics for procedures and manage study budgets.
• Provide protocol-specific training and maintain staff competency.
• Collect, manage, and analyze clinical research data.
• Recruit patients and ensure regulatory compliance.
