Qualifications

• Four years of IT experience with infrastructure operations and engineering.
• Experience in large-scale scientific or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux system administration preferred.
• Security management and capacity planning experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure configuration and management to meet data retention and security needs.
• Monitor infrastructure service delivery and improve efficiency.
• Lead internal infrastructure under established standards.
• Implement incident, problem, and disaster recovery for infrastructure.
• Provide capacity planning, performance metrics, and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan capacity and availability.
• Present capacity and performance updates to senior leaders.
• Benchmark and propose improvements to IT infrastructure.
• Perform other duties to meet department goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
