Job summary

You will work with team members and campus partners to ensure reliable, secure services for research cores, centers, and facilities, while helping improve data security to meet regulatory standards (CUI/NIST 800-171, HIPAA, FISMA).

This role collaborates with endpoint platforms, research data management, information security, and IT units

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of technical support experience in IT environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Experience as both end-user and administrator in service areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement research IT initiatives for endpoints and data workflows.
• Document IT inventory and data workflows; develop proposals with cost estimates.
• Coordinate projects with internal/external clients; deliver training and materials.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and endpoint support for diverse workstations.
• Supervise staff and manage projects to meet timelines and goals.
