The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an experienced Research & Innovation Program Manager - Senior Associate in a hybrid US role. You will lead orchestration of initiatives to drive the adoption of emerging technologies and oversee project delivery within the TRI portfolio, coordinating with executives and technical teams to align outcomes with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Agile project experience, strong Jira skills, and a track record working

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in managing Agile projects using Jira.
• Experience collaborating with globally dispersed project teams.
• Experience managing and delivering projects using AI and emerging technology (i.e., Digital Assets, Blockchain, etc.) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the orchestration of initiatives to drive the adoption of emerging technologies across DTCC.
• Oversee delivery of projects within the TRI portfolio and ensure alignment with goals.
• Engage executive and technical audiences with clear, concise communication.
• Mitigate risks with senior management and push for target dates.
• Embrace modern delivery approaches, including Agile Program Increment planning.
