The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high‑quality information through activities that include development of essential infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The TRI Associate Director of Open Innovation & Enterprise Enablement will lead initiatives to drive the comprehensive adoption of emerging technologies across DTCC. This role involves spearheading technical enablement and upskilling programs, forging strategic partnerships to foster purposeful innovation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams throughout DTCC’s ecosystem on transformative projects.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Innovation Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring sustained innovation and competitiveness.
• Enterprise Enablement: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies, promoting a culture that embraces change and technological advancement.
• Innovation Think Tanks: Organize and lead think tanks and innovation workshops to encourage creative problem‑solving and the development of transformative ideas within the organization.
• Training and Upskilling: Drive comprehensive training programs to enhance employees’ understanding and application of emerging technologies, ensuring the workforce is equipped to leverage new tools and methodologies effectively.
• Problem Solving: Address organizational challenges by applying innovative solutions, enabling teams to overcome obstacles and achieve strategic objectives.-li>
