Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead the technical relationship with major high-volume clients. You will document client infrastructure, coordinate the implementation of Clearing and Securities Services solutions, and drive migrations while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

You will partner with product and technology teams, manage multiple projects, and serve as the client/partner escalation point.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Demonstrated project management and application integration skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues and client/partners.
• Knowledge or experience using Clearing & Securities Services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical relationship with major high-volume clients and documents their technical infrastructure.
• Coordinates implementation of DTCC’s Clearing and Securities Services solutions and migrations.
• Manages project scope, timelines and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Acts as primary client/partner contact and escalation point for project issues.
• Elicits requirements through interviews and analysis and prepares Statements of Work.
• Monitors production rollout and ensures handover to production support.
