Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the United States is seeking a Scrum Master Associate Director to lead agile delivery within a security-conscious, fast-paced environment. You will coach squads, remove impediments, and ensure governance alignments with Our Ways of Working.

You will manage ceremonies, coordinate with CoEs, Product Owner, and Tribe/Hub stakeholders, and keep JIRA and SDP artifacts accurate, up-to-date, and auditable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove impediments from the squad and escalate when needed.
• Interact with CoEs on status, issues, collaboration, stakeholder engagement.
• Liaise with Product Owner and Tribe/Hub stakeholders to support Tribe activities.
• Ensure Squad Manager Tool is up to date with OKRs and docs.
• Plan and chair key meetings, facilitate Sprint ceremonies, and distribute minutes.
