Job summary

MaineHealth Institute for Research (MHIR) invites applications for a Grants Administrator/Senior GA to support pre-award and post-award activities for multiple investigators. The role offers flexible on-site/off-site arrangements from Scarborough, ME, with a remote option excluding certain states, and opportunities to work closely with PIs, Grants Accounting and the Clinical Trials Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in grant writing and grant management in health field.
• Proven ability to manage large grants and staff.
• Excellent organizational, communication, writing and personnel management skills.
• Knowledge of grant information resources and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award proposals and progress reports with PIs.
• Submit grants on time in Cayuse and other systems.
• Collaborate with Grants Accounting, Clinical Trials Office, and sponsors.
