Qualifications

• Five years of progressive experience in grant writing, grant administration and management in a health or health related field.
• Experience coordinating large grants (> $100,000) and/or contracts from multiple sources.
• Ability to use online submission systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-application and intake tasks for grant submissions.
• Monitor inbox, reconcile requests, create/update intake records, and route to Grants Administrator.
• Build requirement and attachment checklists from sponsor instructions and prior submissions.
• Assemble application packages and track items against deadlines.
• Maintain reporting calendars and award trackers; prepare weekly notices.
