Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in grant and contract administration, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with UFIRST, myInvestigator, PeopleSoft and related grant systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with stakeholders in connection with management of research grants and grant-related funds.
• Monitors grant fiscal records through UF systems (myUFL, UFIRST).
• Reviews grant transactions for accuracy and process correcting journal entries as needed.
• Monitors and adjusts grant encumbrances to maintain accurate balances.
• Assists PIs with submissions, budget preparation, revisions, and no-cost extensions as necessary.
• Provides grant accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with policies and sponsor requirements.
