Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking a Senior Conflicts of Interest Administrator to lead centralized COI/COC processes and ensure timely disclosure reviews, management plan development, and consistent documentation across academic units.

You will collaborate with ORISE leadership, ORPA, Office of Counsel, and research partners to support policy implementation, guidance, and training while maintaining sensitive records with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6 years in research administration or compliance.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and CRA/CCEP CIP certifications or equivalents.
• Experience with COI/COC processes in a research university environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review annual and other disclosures that implicate COI/COC requirements.
• Draft, revise, and monitor management plans in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate COI committee activities and prepare materials and minutes.
• Maintain accurate COI/COC files and reporting data.
• Provide senior-level guidance to faculty and departments on disclosures and review processes.
• Support policy development and training related to COI/COC workflows.
