Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Manager, Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment to lead the COI/COC program, review disclosures, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Qualifications

Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or research administration is preferred.

Strong knowledge of federal COI/COC regulations and sponsor requirements.
Experience with outside activities reviews, consulting approvals, and equity arrangements.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations of the COI/COC program and related disclosures.
Review and resolve disclosures; escalate complex matters as needed.
Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for committee reviews and maintain documentation.
Develop and update policies and procedures; monitor compliance and reporting to sponsors.
