Qualifications

• Experience with LNP formulation and in vivo study support.

Responsibilities

• Design, formulate, and characterize LNP formulations for preclinical studies.
• Perform LNP production using microfluidic and jet mixing techniques.
• Characterize LNPs using RiboGreen, DLS, zeta-potential, and TNS assays.
• Prepare formulations for in vivo studies considering routes and dose.
• Coordinate with CROs and support in vivo study materials.
• Maintain meticulous ELN records and data analysis.
