Job summary

Adimab is seeking a Principal Research Associate to lead in vivo antibody discovery and optimization within the Immunology team. The role involves executing the company’s antibody discovery platform, interfacing with multiple internal groups and external partners, and driving projects from bench to data-driven conclusions.

The candidate should have strong experience in immunology, molecular biology, and flow cytometry, with a track record of independent work, collaboration, and data

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. or M.S. in immunology, molecular biology, biological engineering, cellular biology or closely related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with basic laboratory techniques including PCR, tissue culture, cloning, and flow cytometry.
• Ability to evaluate, interpret, and present scientific data with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of independent bench work and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle and culture yeast and mammalian cells for antibody discovery efforts.
• Process murine and human lymphocyte samples; perform FACS for B cell isolation.
• Analyze and present data for internal and partner-facing presentations.
• Interpret antibody characterization data and manage yeast antibody libraries.
• Conduct mammalian assays and quantify antibody/B cell responses.
• Perform single-cell RT-PCR and maintain lab reagents and stocks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on projects.
