Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Expertise with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Extensive experience with electronic document and email storage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Grant Preparation (pre‑award): manage all administrative aspects and deadlines for sponsored research proposals.
• Portfolio Management (post‑award): handle financial reporting and budget adherence for funds.
• Procurement: approve purchase requests and verify funds and allocations.
• Human Resources: onboarding, salary offers, visa processing, and funding governance.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to NIH, federal and institutional policies and educate researchers.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: assist pricing and monthly billing to internal and external customers.
