You will partner with program managers and functional leaders to support the budget cycle, intake and adjudication, and program execution, delivering timely, decision-quality analysis to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or higher degrees with related years.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligible in some cases.
• Experience leading large, complex government programs.
• Ability to synthesize data into executive-level reports and briefings.
• Experience supporting PPBE cycles and acquisition planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain requirements intake, traceability, and prioritization artifacts.
• Support Investment Board materials, readings, and meeting minutes.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise IMS aligned to approved WBS.
• Deliver monthly portfolio health summaries with trends and bottlenecks.
• Create performance dashboards with cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
• Identify cost savings through portfolio rationalization and process improvements.
