Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in complex business areas, organizational programs, or employee-support functions.
• Ability to develop, assess, implement, and improve SOPs, checklists, intake forms, and related docs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of GSA standards and asset management, including fleet.
• Knowledge of best practices for managing assets, facilities, and real property.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager for assigned programs.
• Conduct data analysis to understand performance, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation (schedules, plans, reports, budgets).
• Develop and present briefing materials for senior government personnel.
• Assist with RFQs, vendor qualification, and proposal evaluation.
• Support audit preparation and asset accountability.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.
• Create or edit multimedia presentations and slide decks.
