Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a seasoned Requirements Management Engineer to own and maintain requirements across systems for the Axiom Station program. This on-site role is based in Webster, Texas, and involves cradle-to-grave management, traceability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of system engineering experience, MBSE proficiency, and a proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or related).
• 10+ years of experience in System Engineering and Integration.
• Experience authoring and managing software/system requirements (functional, performance, safety, and interface).
• Proficiency with at least one requirements management tool (e.g., Jama, DOORS, or Innoslate).
• Track record of operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end requirements management for Axiom Systems.
• Develop and maintain requirements architecture and organization.
• Solicit and compile requirements from stakeholders and documents.
• Allocate requirements to architecture and manage traceability.
• Coordinate formal requirements reviews and approvals.
