Job summary

Axiom Space in the United States seeks a resilient, high-energy Station Chief Systems Engineer responsible for overall implementation of Systems Engineering towards the successful implementation of major elements of Axiom Station.

You will lead end-to-end systems engineering activities, drive architecture and requirements, manage interfaces, and oversee verification and validation while coordinating with stakeholders across a fast-paced program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical or related engineering field.
• Minimum 15+ years systems engineering across lifecycle for spaceflight programs.
• Experience communicating to senior decision-makers and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end systems engineering leadership for Axiom Station across all lifecycle stages.
• Lead architecture definition, requirements management, and design integration.
• Coordinate external/internal interfaces, risk reduction, and V&V planning.
