Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering; Masters preferred.
• Experience across lifecycle: concept, requirements, design, integration, V&V.
• Spaceflight program experience, NASA-related preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with big-picture view.
• Excellent writing/presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Systems Engineering for Axiom Station.
• Develop architecture, requirements, and interface management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversee verification and validation planning and execution.
• Manage configuration, data, and risk across the life cycle.
• Communicate progress and issues to leadership.
• Apply agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
