Job summary

Apex Systems seeks a Senior Business Reporting Analyst in Dallas, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports the BMO and CIO, delivering operational reporting, validating data, and improving reporting structures in collaboration with Technology teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in financial analysis within financial services, strong Tableau and PowerBI skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis in banking/financial services.
• Ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading and coaching team members.
• Strong data analysis and report creation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business analysis efforts for the Technology department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, create, and enhance report requests.
• Facilitate meetings and updates for senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Provide support and oversight to junior team members and act as lead when required.
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot reporting anomalies.
• Act as a point of contact for the BMO and internal stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain documentation for processes and system configurations.
• Create new business processes and improve existing reports and methodologies.
• Communicate key messages from data to Technology leaders.
