Qualifications

• 5+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work/consulting/training/military/education.
• Advanced Power BI development experience.
• Strong data modeling and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and automation of end-to-end development to create Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Automate data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Automate refreshes, monitoring, error handling, and data quality controls.
• Design, build, test, and support automated ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
• Enable self-service analytics through scalable reporting solutions and reusable data assets.
• Integrate and transform data from enterprise sources using reusable ingestion patterns.
• Optimize Power BI data models and implement data quality, lineage, security, and governance controls.
• Optimize semantic models, metadata, and business definitions to improve AI-driven analytics and natural language query experiences.
