Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and oversee detailed financial reporting (expenditures, revenues, encumbrances).
• Coordinate dashboards using Tableau, Salesforce, or other financial software.
• Lead dashboard projects from design to completion with minimal guidance.
• Prepare concise financial reports and interpret data for leadership.
• Develop and deploy queries to identify data errors and production issues.
• Train agency staff on financial applications and processes.
• Maintain data security measures and system standards across platforms.
• Support external interfaces to financial apps and system upgrades.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic financial initiatives.
• Ensure day-to-day operation of Tableau/Salesforce functionality.
