Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an entry-level Replenishment & Allocation Analyst I to support inventory planning and allocation for perishables in our Phoenix stores. You will execute replenishment tasks, monitor stock levels, and help with basic analysis under close supervision.

The role emphasizes learning company systems, collaborating with store and distribution teams, and building foundational skills in Excel and ERP while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain purchase orders based on established parameters and system recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock or excess inventory situations.
• Assist in allocation of products to stores/DCs according to planograms and promotional calendars.
• Run standard reports and provide basic insights on inventory performance.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support replenishment processes.
• Learn and apply cold chain requirements and perishables handling standards.
