Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is seeking skilled Repair Technicians for our Factory Service Centers. You will diagnose, disassemble, replace worn parts, and test Milwaukee Tool products to ensure safety and performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years in electrical or mechanical repair, good communication, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products following prescribed procedures.
• Disassemble units, locate issues, replace worn or defective parts, and test repairs.
• Keep records for billing and warranty information and assist in shipping repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison with field teams.
