Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking highly motivated Repair Technicians for our Factory Service Centers to diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products, ensuring safety, reliability and top‑notch customer support.

Under the direction of the Factory Service Center Branch Manager, you will perform disassembly, repair, testing, and part replacement, maintain records, support warranty and service processes, and engage with customers to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years electrical/mechanical repair preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products per prescribed procedures.
• Disassemble units, replace worn or defective parts, and test repairs.
• Maintain records of parts used and repair actions for billing/warranty.
• Assist in shipping/receiving and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
