Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking experienced Repair Technicians for our Factory Service Centers. Under the Branch Manager, you will diagnose, disassemble, and repair Milwaukee Tool products, ensuring safety and reliability while delivering high-quality customer support and efficient service.

You will use diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools, and proper procedures to meet quality standards, track parts, and assist with warranty and service documentation.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of electrical or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products per procedures.
• Disassemble units, replace worn parts, and test functionality.
• Respond to customer inquiries and document service records.
• Maintain parts inventory and support warranty activities.
