Job summary

Selene Holdings is seeking a seasoned professional to manage assigned REO property portfolios from acquisition through disposition. You will coordinate with vendors, agents, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely preservation and sale, while monitoring timelines to meet investor and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 4–6 years in REO or mortgage servicing, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with REO platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of REO, asset management, or mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of REO timelines and investor guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and REO platforms such as Equator or Pyramid.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned REO property portfolios from acquisition through final disposition.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely property preservation, marketing, and sale.
• Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and maintain accurate property records, including occupancy status, valuations, and title reports.
• Assist in resolving title issues, code violations, and other property-related challenges.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as days on market, liquidation timelines, and recovery rates.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance REO operations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and disposition.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive borrower and property information.
