Wagner Equipment Co. in Denver, CO is seeking a Rental Equipment Experienced Technician to join Wagner CAT Rentals (Sales). The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing rental equipment, leading technicians in their area, and serving as a liaison with the Technical Services Department.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $34.04 per hour plus a 5% differential, depending on experience and education. Responsibilities include using the work order system, coordinating with shop leads, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduation from a technical school with emphasis on diesel engine preferred.
• 3+ years heavy equipment, engine, or mechanical repair experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and use the work order system; completes all documents and parts orders with repairs.
• Communicates effectively with Shop Leads, Coordinators and Managers to ensure repairs are understood.
• Maintains safety practices and quality housekeeping in the work area.
• Reads and follows manufacturer manuals for each machine type.
• Inspects equipment and ensures safe operation and proper function.
