Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Sr. Renovation Project Analyst in Coppell, TX, to oversee draw administration for VA, FHA 203(k), and Homestyle Renovation loans. You will lead the Renovation Project Analysts, ensure compliance with investor guidelines, and drive process improvements across the team.

The role requires experience with mortgage loan life-cycle, and strong analytical and training skills, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. This position is on-site at our Coppell office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years mortgage loan life-cycle experience; or 2 year Conventional/Government renovation project review experience.
• FHA 203(k) & HomeStyle Renovation processing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist internal partners with complex project-related inquiries.
• Review documents for underwriting and investor guideline compliance.
• Determine project eligibility based on agency/investor guidelines.
• Review and approve disbursement requests.
• Lead training initiatives and support special projects to improve compliance, production and quality.
• Manage regulatory requirements to ensure SLAs are met.
