RenoFi seeks a Senior Loan Officer to drive renovation lending growth while continuing to offer Agency, FHA, VA, Non-QM, HELOCs, and Personal Loans. You will deepen relationships with contractors, builders, and real estate agents to build a thriving referral network and deliver diversification for your clients.

You will operate within a remote-first culture that spans time zones and nationalities, enabling flexible collaboration and market expansion across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help families create the homes they love through RenoFi's renovation lending products.
• Expand and nurture referral networks with contractors, builders, and real estate agents.
• Continue offering Agency, FHA, VA, Non-QM, HELOCs, and Personal Loans while expanding renovation lending.
• Build a larger, more durable business for partners who win when you close loans.
